We will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 90 days of order delivery date for store credit or refund.

Process: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...
- Go to your My Account page and select My Orders.
- Locate the order for which the product was purchased.
- Select "Create RMA" and follow instructions.
Two Convenient Ways to Return:
- Choose Merchandise Store Credit: Receive FREE return shipping (48 contiguous U.S. states only)
- Choose Merchandise Refund: For your convenience, a prepaid UPS return label will be provided for $8.95 (48 contiguous U.S. states only) OR you may return items via your own method. If you choose to use our label, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Please do not ship shoes back without the original shoe box. Place the original shoe box inside a shipping box to avoid damage.

Are there exceptions?
Yes, due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines swimwear, bras, underwear, and other similar items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Some clearance items are final sale only and are marked Non-Returnable. Additionally, some items may have warranty restrictions imposed by the manufacturer. In this circumstance we will provide you with specific instructions on how the return/repair will be handled. What if the item received is wrong, damaged, or defective?

Are item exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?
Some of the items available for sale are limited in quantity. Therefore, it is unlikely that any additional similar items will be available for exchange. In the unlikely event the item remains available, then an item exchange for a different size/color can be considered. To expedite an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order and then return the unwanted item.
Will I be notified when my item return has been received?
Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Member Satisfaction Team indicating that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued to your account.
